What are the shipping rates?
FREE for orders over $200.
$10.00 Standard Shipping on all other U.S. orders in the Continental U.S.
How long will delivery take?
- Standard shipping for in-stock items typically arrives within 4–6 business days once processed.
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam arrive within 4–8 business days via USPS.
- APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS and usually arrive within 5–7 business days, though some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Expedited options are available at checkout. Please note: items must be in stock to qualify. Our customer care team will notify you if any delays arise.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, unless the item is marked as “Sale.” To be eligible, items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original condition.

Coupons & Discounts
Coupon and discount amounts are not refundable, as they hold no cash value. If an order is returned, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid after any promotional savings.
Gift Cards
When returning an item purchased with a Gift Card, the refund will be applied back to the original Gift Card, preserving its value for future use. Gift Cards are not eligible for cash refunds. If your refund exceeds the Gift Card’s balance, the difference will be credited to your original payment method.
Return credits from different orders cannot be combined. Each credit is applied independently toward future purchases, ensuring accurate processing and a seamless experience with your returns.

Each Julian Chang piece includes detailed care instructions on its product page, as well as on the care label sewn into the garment’s inner seam. Following these guidelines will help preserve the quality and longevity of your design.
Alterations are available exclusively for pieces purchased at our Miami boutique. For online purchases, we recommend working with a trusted local tailor to achieve your perfect fit. Our Customer Care team is happy to provide guidance on tailoring recommendations if needed—simply email customercare@julianchang.com.
Because of our limited-production approach, we cannot guarantee that every style or print will be restocked. However, if you have your eye on a particular piece, our team may be able to create it for you through our Custom Atelier, provided the fabric or print is still available. Simply email customercare@julianchang.com with your request, and we’ll be happy to explore the options with you.
